The Elderly Services Department is committed to providing comprehensive services that assist older Georgians and their families to achieve safe, healthy independent and self-reliant lives.
Concerted Services, Inc. operates a variety of programs targeted for the benefit of senior citizens. Programs operated by the Elderly Services Department through contract with the Heart of Georgia Altamaha Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Medicaid, United Way, and private pay individuals are the Community Care Services Program, Nutrition Program for the Elderly (Congregate and Home Delivered Meals), and the NORC (Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities) Program.
