Public Service Announcement

Local Community Action Agency, Concerted Services Inc. will operate the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance program funded by the Department of Human Services. Program income guidelines have been set at 60% of the state’s median income. The program will begin November 1st, 2018.

Only elderly (65 and older) and homebound households will be served from November 1st, 2018 until November 30th, 2018. To qualify as an elderly household, all adult members of the household must be 65 years of age or older. To qualify as a homebound household, there can be no one in the household who is not homebound, or you must be the sole care taker of a homebound member. All other income-eligible applicants may call beginning December 3rd, 2018 and will be served if funds are available.

Residents must call the local Concerted Services, Inc. Service Center to schedule an appointment.
